City of Johannesburg Council Chambers: A Civic Anchor Reimagined Grinaker was appointed to deliver the City of Johannesburg’s new Council Chamber, a prominent civic facility located in the heart of the CBD. The triple-volume structure includes public and media galleries, mechanical plant rooms, a link bridge, ablution block, and external works such as water features and landscaping. Designed with sustainability at its core, the building targets a Green Star rating and Reflects Grinaker’s commitment.
